The Police are NPCs that appear at the end in Break In.

The Police will not move, but are stationary and are there for the purpose of arresting the villains, though there is no animation.
Location[]
The Police will be present on Day 5 when you obtain the Good Ending. When you climb out of the Sewer, you will see them with a bunch of police cars arresting Villains.
